Is it possible to extract the configuration file from M900 without using the web interface?Â
Via CLI/SSH/Telnet or something?
I am unable to access the web interface - M900 responds "Not Found - The requested URL was not found on this server"
And I would like to keep the config when I do a factory reset...
Best regards

Hi,
The only way to get the configuration file is from the web interface, please try to get into an handset menu and dial * 4 7 and *, that should allow you to enter discovery mode and the handset should be able to see the IP of the base.
If it does, please try http or https to access the base's WUI, if that doesn't work you may need to reset the base
If there is no IP address then the base may be stuck, try to disable LLDP and DHCP 132/133 in the network and reboot it
If that still doesn't work, again a reset may be needed
Thank you

Thank you for your feedback!
Handset can connect and see mac and ip address.
When I access https i get "Connection refused" (config is http)
When I access http I am asked for username and password. I have tried all of them (admin, engineed and user) If i type wrong password I am asked for username and password again.
When I type correct password this page shows:

Hi,
If this is a multi cell system you may need to access the primary base, mainly after a FW upgrade, to set new credentials valid for the new firmware (increased security steps may need to be set in the latest FW versions)
If that doesn't work, of if this is a single cell base, please try and reset it since it may just be stuck somehow.
Thank you

Ok, this is the primary base.
If I reset I loose all my configuration, and extensions/handsets, multi cell etc. must be configured all over right?
System works correct now, so the configuration is perfect. But I can't access the web interface.

Hi,
Please try every other base, the primary may have shifted over time.
With the reset you would loose all the configuration yes, the base would be reset to factory
