Headset-Verbindung schwankt, lauter leiser D785 und Jabra Engage 65 mit EHS Box

Ich nutze ein D785 in Verbindung mit einem Jabra Engage 65 über die von Snom vertriebene EHS Box. 

Häufig teilen mir Gesprächspartner mit, dass die Verbindung schlecht ist und die Lautstärke schwankt.

Gibt es dazu eine Lösung?

Frequently, my conversation partners inform me that the connection is poor and the volume fluctuates.
