Hi,

After migration from 3CX v18 to V20 (cloud server) the DECT was working fine except for blind forward external call.

I update the firmware but the issues is still there.

A very big issue come up when I rest the password for two users, the handset fail to register and 3CX blacklist the IP of the customer with huge impact.

    HI,

    I found a word around for DECT registration!!!

    You need to add window 3CX app and provision on 3CX, on 3CX admin console click on 3dots related to user extension 3CX    App for Windows on the menu select open → config and copy the AuthID and AuthPass from the file and copy them into M300 Extensions and Handset the turn on the DECT handset.

    you will find the below into the file
    <AuthID>xxxxxxxxxx</AuthID>
    <AuthPass>xxxxxxxxxxx</AuthPass>
