Hi, a ten second pressing of the reset button has resetted my M400. But i can´t login with the admin/admin credentials. The old credentialss from the passwordsafe don´t work either. Does anybody has a clue? Kind regards.
In older FW, the login credentials were indeed "admin/admin", but on our latest FW (which the M400 probably has on board, being a new product) the device should ask you to set your own password the first time you log in
If that doesn't happen, and the "admin/admin" also doesn't work, it may be that the base is being provisioned somehow
If no local provisioning is active, it's likely it's being provisioned via our own server: you can raise a MAC removal ticket from the Community as showed here Remove a MAC from SRAPS, we have an automation in place on our side to take care of that
Once the MAC has been removed, if it was on our SRAPS server at all, you should be able to reset the base and set your own credentials to access the WUI
If that also doesn't work, some form of local provisioning may be active, please look into how the base was configured the first time
