Hello,

I registered M70 DECTs this morning on an M700 terminal which is on version 530.2.

After registering, it displays ERROR when I go to the kiosk. What could be causing this?

The M70s are not being updated at the moment, as the status is in error. They're in version 480.11, and I was thinking of upgrading to 500.1, then 520.1 and 530.2. Is this necessary, or can I go straight from version 480.11 to 530.2?

    Hi,

    The error is referring to a failed upgrade, we are working on our server so please use https://dect2.snom.com for the upgrade for now, and you can skip to the latest one with the handsets with no issues.

    Please reboot the base before the upgrade and make sure all handsets are charging when you launch it.

    If that doesn't work and for deeper investigation we need a private ticket, you can raise it if you are a Snom partner or ask your Snom reseller to do so for you.
