I bought a used M700 and performed a factory reset (10s reset button until LED is dark red). The M700 gets an IP address from my DHPC server but I cannot access the webUI with admin/admin. Any ideas?

    The base may be taking the configuration from our own server, you can ask to remove the MAC using the guidelines below

    Thanks for the suggestion. I read the first three articles you referred to and found that I need to raise a private ticket in order to have the MAC address removed but it seems I cannot do this as an end user. I bought this device from a previous user so I do not have a snom partner or a snom reseller. How can I proceed?

    Our end users also can raise a ticket for a MAC removal from the Community as shown in the "Snom's Community" bit of the page I've sent in my previous comment (and below)

    You should see a "SRAPS" menu at the top of the page, and from there be able to create a SRAPS removal ticket

    Thanks. However I do not see what you are referring to. Either it is there but not obvious to me or the option you are referring to is just not shown in my account. Here is a screenshot. I see a SRAPS menu item on the left but that does not have the option you suggested. Also, I do not see a SRAPS menu at the top of the page.

      The SRAPS menu would be in the Community and not the Service, please try and use the English version of the Service page as the German one seems to be empty, I'll report to our team to get a fix for that but it may take time

    Thanks - that solved the problem. The M700 is now working fine.
