Hi Snom Team,

I have a M900 Base, and I reset it(press the RESET button 10 sec until red led light). 

When the indicator light display green, I use the M70 search the IP address and find that the IP is 169.254.x.x. I capture the DHCP message, the pcap file show DHCP server allocation IP to M900 normal,but the device not reject or accept, it like still request IP address.

    Hi,

    Our M900 has some issues with LLDP on the network and DHCP options 132/133, please make sure those are turned off into the network and the DHCP server and try another reset.

    If that doesn't work I think you may need to RMA this unit, please ask your Snom reseller/distributor to replace it via RMA.
