Hello,

following the deployment of 14 M900 terminals.
All terminals worked until a power cut.

7 terminals can no longer communicate on the network (red light)

We changed the switch, and changed the network but nothing happened.

We took 1 of the terminals and reset. since it flashes green, orange, red in a loop

I don't really know what to do to put the terminal back into service already reset

suite au déploiement de 14 bornes M900.
Tous les bornes fonctionnaient jusqu'à une coupure de courant.

7 bornes n'arrivent plus à communiquer sur le réseau (voyant Rouge)

Nous avons changé de switch, et changer de réseau mais rien y fait.

Nous avons pris 1 des bornes et réinitialiser. depuis elle clignote vert, orange, rouge en boucle

je ne sais plus trop quoi faire pour remettre en service déjà la borne réinitialiser

    Hi,

    A part from a reset, there isn't much else that can be done, maybe try to connect the bases to a switch with a DHCP server only and nothing else on the network (no LLDP protocol either) and see if they come up.

    Or try and access the discovery mode with an handset (get into the menu and press * 4 7 *) to see if it can see the base station after the reset.

    If neither work, we can only assume the bases have been damaged and are unable to obtain an IP address anymore, as the LEDs seem to be suggesting.
