Hello community!
We have several SNOM M900 in a multicell environment up and running.
For the last weeks we have been struggling with some of the base stations. After some time (somtimes weeks, sometimes only days) all M65 handsets connected to certain M900 can't register at our phone provider any more. Everything works fine again after we reboot those base stations.
We are already investigating with our partner, but we urgently need a certain reliability and stability at daytime. So we would like to reboot all M900 during the night. We have read about a "reboot script" at several other forums but are unable to find it.
Would it be possible to provide us this reboot script so we have more time to investigate the basic problems (with which I get back here when we are sure that not our firewall or other inhouse equipment is doing strange things)...
Thanks in advance!

Hi,
There is no reboot script for these devices, the only script we had in the past (not working anymore) was to upgrade from some really old FW to a newer version (which is now really old anyway).
The only immediate suggestion we could give is to set the keep alive keepalive_interval (M-Series) to avoid firewall issues, for further investigation we would need a private ticket
You can raise one if you are a Snom partner or ask your Snom reseller, likely a partner, to do so for you: to learn more about our partner program or how to reach a partner please contact our sales team Sales
Thank you
