I got a new D785 (second hand but unused) that I need to provision for Starface. According to the provider, the phone cannot be provisioned. The firmware update to 10.1.159.12 did not bring any change.

    The phone has probably been already saved onto our own provisioning server, we can delete it but we need a private ticket to do so.

    Please raise a private ticket if you are a Snom partner, or ask your Snom reseller to do so for you.
