Hello,

We've recently discovered an issue with call pickup above FW release 10.1.137.15.

Problem is, the phone which picks up the call (D385 on 10.1.159.12 f.e.) doesn't show the caller name anymore, only the number is displayed. The only fix I've found so far is to downgrade it to 10.1.137.15. All other versions newer than 10.1.137.xx cause the same problem.

Also I didn't find any usefull information in the release notes on at least something in this direction.

To me it looks like the D385 with the .159.xx firmware is ignoring/not using the identity display information in the NOTIFY message versus the D345 on .137.xx, which is using it properly.

Please help us with this problem, because we need to update around 7000 D-series phones which is on hold now because of this issue. If you need any further information, dont hesitate to contact me.

Thanks, Alex

That's how the pickup looks in the phones SIP logs. Please ignore the IP addresses - they're replaced by fantasy digits. slightly smiling face

    Hi,

This seems to be something that would require deeper investigation and a private ticket, while you've raised a public post on the Community.

Based on the numbers you are mentioning you could be a Snom partner, or at least your Snom reseller should be: only Snom partners are allowed to raise private tickets.

If you are one please register on https://helpdesk.snom.com/ and raise a ticket, if you aren't sure or need more information about a possible reseller that could help you and raise a ticket with us please contact our sales team https://www.snom.com/en/contact/contact-person/

    Thank you

Hi Gianmaria, well funny enough I can't sign up for the partner login because it's telling me that I'm already signed up - but I can't open or even view tickets there. So maybe you want to check my user account if there's something weird. I think based on my mail address you can see which provider we are. My colleague, whom's access is working just sent it. -> HEU-36811

    Hi,

I can see your colleague's ticket and I've now registered your account, please try to access again: you signed up for the Community only at the beginning, so I had to manually unlock the Helpdesk.

You should be able to see your colleague's ticket too

    Thank you
