I have a new PA1 out of the box. I have it plugged into a PoE switch and powered on. My understanding is that the red LED is supposed to blink indicating it's looking for an IP address from the DHCP server. But it's just on solid red. I don't see it requesting an IP, nor do I see it setting itself to its default static (as defined in the manual) of 192.168.0.2. I've tried pushing the "IP/Reset" button as indicated in the manual in case there were somehow previous settings (shouldn't be the case on a new device, but you never know), but still nothing.
How can I get this device configured? I need to access the web interface.

Hi,
It may be that this PA1 has an hardware issue, if it acquires an IP address you should be able to connect an headset/speaker to the 3.5mm output and hear the IP when pressing the IP/Reset button.
Keeping the button pressed for 10 seconds will reset the PA1, which could help.
If it still doesn't work, this may be an hardware issue, so please refer to your Snom reseller to get a replacement.
