After buying the Snom D785 phone, I began to notice the following problem: when you pick up the phone without dialing a number, an unpleasant high-frequency sound is heard in the receiver, which disappears only after the phone is rebooted.
I tried all versions of the software presented on the official website of the company, but the problem did not go anywhere. I considered the possibility of a failure of the handset, but after replacing the problem repeats again.
It is not possible to trace the presence of a problem, since it manifests itself chaotically. I did an experiment, got my SIP accounts as well as the ISP. I am extremely dissatisfied with the work and would like to request a replacement from my local distributor.
Below is the serial number of the phone: CHNLB02062001118

Hi, from how you described it looks like a hardware problem. Please request an RMA from your distributor.

    Best regards

Good afternoon! After replacing the phone with a regional office, the problems reappeared. Sometimes, before the start of dialing, as soon as I pick up the phone and bring it up, I hear a very nasty crack, then only reloading. I thought that the problem was in the power supply, I replaced the regular power supply with a POE power supply, the problem did not go away.
