Why is SNOM 300 not ringing SIP account on FreePBX?

    Hi, your request is a bit vague. Can you give some more details? Have you checked the SIP trace and logs?

      I trust you are well, I have a SNOM 300 that can not receive incoming calls. The PBX is hosted locally. There is a voice VLAN 50, the phone is on VLAN50. I can manually register an extension to the phone, I can make an external / Internal outgoing call but can not receive a transferred / incoming call, instead the call drops immediately.

      I have tried the following:

      Reset the phone
      Setup the phone with the extension
      Used a soft phone app to try a replicate the issue /  Using the softphone app the extension can make an outgoing call and receive an incoming call.
      I have removed the call divert on the hosted extension and checked the phone for DND and its disabled.
      I can see the phone is showing the correct time & date
      Extension is registered
      I can make outgoing call external /  internal

      My issue is the phone can not receive and incoming call  internally or externally. When trying to update the firmware it does not upload to the phone, the phone still shows the old firmware version, I have tried to force the update on tftp and the firmware has not been able to update on the phone.

      I will only be able to get the PCAP tomorrow from the device.

    Good day,

    I have tested the phone from my home network and it works fine, the physical phone can receive and make external calls fine,

    I will attach pcap to the chat and revert.
