Hello,
I have a SNOM M500 Dect base unit that I can't get to register with RingCentral. I've entered the provisioning information in the correct fields but I don't see the device sending a registration request when I look at the PCAP. I've set it to TCP for the protocol. Any suggestions on what to try next? Attached is a screenshot of the settings I've entered and their equivalent setting on the RC platform.M500 Settings.png

    Forgot to mention that I upgraded the base and handset to the latest firmware 1.14.4 and still have this issue. Thanks!
