hello,
i`m able to dial a phone-number when a input-contact is closed.
But i would prefer to play a audio-file (may be stored on a web-server).

Could i use a action-URL to play a audio-file  when a input-contact (PIN) is closed   instead of dialing a phone-number?

    Hi,

    The PA1 cannot play an audio file just from a server, but it's able to receive an audio multicast from software like FFMPEG for example, as explained in the page Multicast Audio

    But the audio needs to be configured remotely, the PA1 can only play what's incoming and that cannot be controlled directly via closing the inputs

    We could investigate more, but we can only do that in a private ticket: please raise one if you're a Snom partner, if not whomever sold you the devices should be able to raise one with us
