Hello I have updated a pa1 with the firmware PA1 Maintenance Rollup: 8.7.5.75 - February 2018 and no longer responds.
How can I get it back. I have seen this howto (Snom PA1 TFTP Recovery Procedure),
but the hard version I have is the R3E and I can't find how to do it.

Hi,
The link you've reported is saying that the HW version needs to be ">= R3C": the R3E is newer than the R3C (it would go R3C->R3DāR3E) so you should be able to use that procedure.
If the device isn't responding to the procedure, we can assume this is an hardware fault and there isn't much else to be done, proceed with an RMA if still under warranty (check with the reseller you've bought it from).
