We are running SNOM300 handsets on 8.7.5.35. We use the handsets only so we don't have a softphone and use the IP interface to update settings.
We experience one way audio after taking a call off hold or cancelling a transfer (accepted transfers are successful) where we can hear the caller but they cannot hear us. The hold music stops when the call is taken off hold but it is like the line is muted. Please advise.

Hi, there was a known issue with 8.7.5.35 and hold functionality in some scenarios, fixed in 8.7.5.44.
Please try to upgrade to that version.
