    Same procedure, I need a photo of the phone showing the MAC.

    Without a picture of the phone or the web interface showing the MAC I can't remove a device from SRAPS. 

    Also, if you are a Partner you can create a ticket in our helpdesk.

      i do have the picture but this page does only let me add existing pictures or a link in the web but not upload a file from my computer

    Please create another question in the 'SRAPS" section.
    You will be able to add files from your computer.
