Every time I try to upgrade the firmware on this phone it fails with SSL error35. I have tried importing the 2 certificates, ca-256.crt  and phone1-256.crt but am obviously doing something wrong as it still doesn't work. Any help appreciated. Thanks Dave

    Hi, this is a very old phone model, probably there is something wrong in the phone certificate. Please try to use a http url instead an https.

    I have succeeded in upgrading the firmware to the latest version. I set up a tftp server on my pc with local IP 192.168.2.125 and put the file (snom821-8.7.5.35-SIP-r.bin) in the tftp program directory after which I started the tftp server I then logged on to the phone web interface, software update and put the following in the Manual software update window:

     tftp://192.168.2.125/snom821-8.7.5.35-SIP-r.bin

    After clicking Load the phone then downloaded the file and upgraded itself without problem.
