Hi,

today i connected a new snom d710 and i wanted to register it in my network but the phone freezes with red led and 'snom' logo, 
stays on with all leds lit but does not continue with provisioning, does not show ip and no other data .. 
is as if it froze on the logo and also the red light is always on. How should I do to unlock it? Thanks in advance for the reply
