Hello everyone,
We need some expert advice on the topic of video doorbell in combination with a Starface Cloud PBX.
The following phenomenon:
The Snom D785 cannot access the link to the video doorbell despite the .mjpeg, the link can be accessed in the browser and other sources.
The Starface Cloud PBX specifies an outdated firmware version for the D785 series, the x.x.169.13, we suspect that this is due to firmware incompatibility, is it possible from a technical point of view to integrate the D785 into the Starface Cloud PBX without auto-provisioning and then adjust all the settings manually so that the phones work with the latest firmware?
We have already tested the link https://service.snom.com/display/wiki/Video+Streaming+with+Snom+Phones+-+Motion-Jpeg, but unfortunately this doesn't work either. The phone's log file says that this is a TLS error. We strongly suspect that this is related to the outdated firmware. For this reason, we would like to prepare the phones using Snom SRAPS and then make the telephony functionality available.
I hope I was able to explain the problem in a reasonably understandable way and remain with kind regards.

Hi,
This would need us to debug the syslog and take a look into the MJPEG stream
I can see you're a Snom partner, please raise a private ticket instead of a public Community thread and we'll be able to look into it
Thank you
