I cant seem to be able to upload anything to our snom D785, D315. i get a timeout right after clicking the upload button. the phone reboots, gets a new provision and thats it. Our enviroment uses a voip specific vlan, which i thought could be the culprit. sadly, configuring a direct connection in the same LAN as the webinterface doesnt change anything.

Advanced - QoS/Security (Tab) - Security(Section) -> Use hidden security tags

in this case seems a network problem. Could you copy/paste the phone syslog taken after a try into a txt file and attach the file here?
What firmware version is running on the phone?
