I have a Snom D785. Since 2 days the phone is no longer working. When powering on, all lights on the phone goes on. Display just stays white. No text displayed on display. Pressing # while starting is not showing the recovery menu.

Is there a way to bring this phone back to life?

    Hi,

    If it doesn't get into recovery mode by starting with the # pressed there is not much you can so, this seems like an hardware fault, please raise an RMA ticket with your Snom reseller and you will get a replacement (our warranty usually is 36 months).
