Hello,

a wierd case started last month, one of our extensions with a D385 and 3cx Server has a M65 also.

when calling the extension the M65 stays quite and is not showing the call on the display.

we even provisioned another M65 and its the same problem, any suggestions?

both are on 530.10

    we needed to install SBC as we grew too big.

    Face to exactly the same problem : when calling the extension the M65 stays quite and is not showing the call on the display.

    We eliminating various cause :

    1. M65 Phoneset : Change M65 by new one... : no change
    2. Firmware : up to date final 530.10 booth on the 10xM700 and the 30 M65 DECT
    3. SIP account Provisionning : redoo it manually : no problm reconnectedr
    4. Number of DECT on the same M700 : verified : only two DECT on this M700 : one extension running well, another one not
    5. SBC: NO NEEDED: IPBX on the same LAN, locally, on the same IP range and same Vlan... than M700 ....

    We had 3 warehouses, so we needed SBC. its fine now.
