Hello. Can somebody tell what to do. In one moment my Snom m25 phone shows "Test" and the list:

tx burst ch0 ant1

tx burst ch0 ant2

tx burst ch2 ant1

tx burst ch2 ant2

tx burst ch4 ant1

tx burst ch4 ant2

tx burst ch5 ant1

tx burst ch5 ant2

tx burst ch9 ant1

tx burst ch9 ant2

RX CONT CH 0

PARK CODE

ANT 1

ANT 2

EU

US

And i can't exit this menu. Reboot of the phone is useless.

Can anybody tell how to exit this menu?

    Unfortunately that is a situation there is no way out from, the only thing you can do is proceed with an RMA and get the handset replaced.

      Can you tell why this situation has happened?

    Hi,

    There is no specific reason if not that it's due to the internal memory of the handset, this is a rare issue that can affect these devices but there are no warning signs prior to it.
