Hi - I have a Snom PA1 registered to the LG cloud system.  It it both registered on the cloud and the unit itself.  I can make calls out from the snom but when I call the unit I just get engaged tone.  Any ideas would be most welcome.  Thanks Rich Timms

    Hi,

The PA1 should be able to answer automatically if the parameter below is enabled

    user_auto_connect

If that still doesn't work we need to investigate with more files and details, to do so we need a private ticket, if you are a Snom partner please raise one or ask your Snom reseller to do so for you

    Thank you

    Thanks Gianmaria,

I think auto answer is already set to on but I will check.  I appreciate you responding to me.

    Hi Gianmaria,

Auto answer was already set to on + I have upgraded the firmware on the unit.  I laso defaulted the unit and started again.  I still have the same problem its stating as registered and the cloud platform is showing registered.

I can call out from the device but get engaged tone when I call it internally or from an external ddi.  How can I log an official ticket...?

    Thanks for your support.

    Hi,

We will need a private ticket here because we need files and traces to investigate this

You can register on https://helpdesk.snom.com/ as a Snom partner if you are one, and create a ticket after that

If you are not sure about being a Snom partner please contact our sales team Sales

If you don't think you are and bought this device from a Snom reseller they most likely are a partner, they should be able to help or to raise a ticket on your behalf

    Thank you

    Hi Richard,

I have the same Problem. The PA1+ will not pick up the incomming call. In the logfiles I can see the call. Do you have a solution for the problem?
