Hi, i'd like to know if there's the possibility to install (in some ways) an UC Firmware on a D172 (cause i suppose it's similar to D175); if not, is there the possibility to setup it with the the stock SIP fiirmware to configure it (always for Lync 2013)? Thanks a lot for your help.

    Hi,

    The UC firmware isn't available for the D712 and will never be I am afraid, the last ones (as below) were released in 2015 well before the D712 ever was on the market

    Where can I download latest UC firmwares

    And without that it shouldn't be possible unfortunately to configure the phone with Lync 2013, you would need the specific firmware other phones are using but we cannot support that on new phones anymore
