HI. I have a very strange problem.

I can't factory reset a Snom D713 phone. If I carry out the RESET procedure after **## the phone does not take the admin password: 0000.

I tried to download the snomD713-10.1.169.13-SIP-r.bin firmware, and upload it to the phone via TFTP and HTTP but even after this procedure....the phone continues to do "what it wants" as soon as it goes online and it fails to access the administration.

Is it possible that not even a firmware change can resolve this situation?

Is there another way to access the administration? otherwise I will have to return it.
Thank you all

    HI
It took me all day but I finally figured out where the problem is. You can also change the phone's firmware by putting a new one (via Http to TFTP) but if the phone is registered (with Mac Address) in SRAPS you do nothing.
    https://www.snom.com/en/services/sraps/
How is it going online... whatever the firmware, download the settings from SNOM and go back to how it was before.
You need to create a Snom account and write to support to remove the mac address from SRAPS.
Only after this step can you reset your phone.

    Hi,

It is not possible to raise a MAC removal ticket from the Community too, please follow the instructions in the page below
