I'm needing to see about getting warranty for a Snom M80 handset. The ringer doesn't work or is very quiet. Calls break up to the point I can only hear half of what the caller is saying. It's on  a freepbx 13 system. Same system has multiple other snom phones that are working fine, so it's  a hardware issue, not network or pbx. I'm trying to create a ticket in the partner help desk but don't seem to have that option. The serial number is chnfl27032010830

    You can only raise an RMA ticket directly with us if you are a Snom partner and in a private ticket, if you do not have this option it may be that you aren't allowed onto our Helpdesk platform.

    If you are actually a Snom partner and you still don't have access, please contact your Snom sales representative (here some contacts if you need them Sales) as they may help.

    Otherwise please raise this as an RMA to get the handset replaced with the reseller you got it from, if the warranty is still valid.
