I have tried to raise a ticket regarding this but this website is terrible.
I was unable to get back to my ticket because it wouldn't log me back in, I couldn't get a password reset link through to reset password because it wouldn't send (it was not stuck in our filtering either).
The ticket has been closed and I cant see anything that has been put on it. I can't log another ticket because the page swaps to categories that don't even list the device I am calling about and this seems to be the only box that works.
We have a snomPA1-SIP, we try to call to it and it is showing as engaged.
I am happy to provide more information on this if more is requested but I would love some information/support/KB's on this.
