Phone directories

The following phone directory types are supported:

1. Internal/Local Directory
   
   • Maximum of 2000 entries
   • Upload size is default 524kb - (parameter in Snom WUI: webserver_max_data_size)
         The limit can be changed via the parameter: http://192.168.0.1/settings.htm?settings=save&webserver_max_data_size=1024
         (In this example to 1MB=1024kb)
   • Manual import/export via CSV files
   • Automatic import using Mass Deployment
   • Multiple numbers per contact (since fw 8.2.16)
     
     
2. Remote XML Directory
   
   • Available from 10.1.178.0
   • Downloaded into the local directory (same limitations)
   • Searchable locally
   • Download interval can be set
     
     
3. LDAP Directory
   • Unlimited entries
   • Central LDAP Server required
     
     
4. XML Minibrowser Directory
   • Unlimited entries
   • Convenient browsing
   • Central XML featured Web Server required
     
     
5. Xcap synchronization
   • The xcap-directory gets synced into the internal phone directory, thus entries are limited in number (same limitation as for Internal directory)
   • If xcap server loses network, entries are still available on phone
