Our website will undergo maintenance on the 18th of December, between 16:00 and 20:00 UTC+1,
which may cause occasional service disruptions and downtime.
We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
We bought two brand new Snom D865s. When adding the phones via SRAPS, the input is accepted, but the devices do not appear in the phone list. I have looked at the network traffic in the browser and get an HTTP 403 error when adding the phone.
Hi Perry, it is very difficult to troubleshoot this issue without the necessary details (greyed out, for good reasons in a public space).
If you are a reseller, you are applicable to open a ticket on our Helpdesk (helpdesk.snom.com). Here you can provide MAC address and company ID, so we can help you finding out what is going on.

Hi Mark, thank you for your response.
Unfortunately, we are not a reseller. I hope this is not a prerequisite for receiving support. We purchased the phones from a large german supplier of office supplies. Do I need to contact them? That just delays everything unnecessarily. Why should a third party be placed between the device/service provider and the end customer? We've had this with our Panasonic telephone system for the last 20 years and it only cost us unnecessary time and money.
Currently we have the problem that a firmware update of the phones fails, because after the restart the version v10.1.159.12 is automatically used again. Other settings are then also reset.
If it helps, I will also post the MAC addresses here.
