Hello everyone,

i have a customer who wants a Snom DECT M500 Repeater & the M55 Phones. 

3CX hasn´t a template for M500.

Does anyone have configured a M500 with hosted 3CX PBX? Or do i need a custom template?

The 3CX Support tells me it should work with selfhosted 3CX & custom template. But it´s not supported.

    Hi,

    There is no template at the moment for the M500 base stations, but we're working on 3CX on this topic

    There isn't a time frame for now, but we'll keep working on it

    For now you can manually configure the M500 and the SIP accounts to register the M55, that should work

    If you need any further help please raise a private ticket if you're a Snom partner, or ask your Snom reseller (likely a partner) to do so for you
