PA1+ blinking red led

Good morning, I just bought a PA1+ to associate it with a telephone network of the Italian operator TIM where only Snom D717 are present. Despite having taken the address from the dhcp, having made the web interface available and being configurable, the red LED continues to blink as if it were searching for an IP address. I also tried to configure it with a static IP but same problem. I tried to upgrade the firmware to version 10.1.184.15 but the blink problem remains and I suppose it is the reason why I cannot associate it with the telephone network. Any suggestions?
