I’ve been desperately seeking support for some time now.
About a year ago, we received a Snom M500 along with an M58 handset to test with Yeastar.
We were assured that everything would be fully supported, but we quickly ran into several issues:
I initially opened a ticket with Yeastar, and they informed me that these features would be included in an upcoming update.
That update has since been released… but nothing has changed.
I’m now reaching out to Snom support in hopes of finally getting a clear answer or a working solution.
