Cannot rejoin shared call
I dialled an outgoing call on one M10 handset and someone else joined the call on another M10 handset on the same base station by pressing the line button (L1). After a while I disconnected from the call and the other handset continued the call. Later on, the call was still going, and I tried to rejoin by pressing the L1 button, but after "Connecting..." I just get the message, "Unable to call. Try again". Should this pattern of usage be expected to work? Is this a known bug? I can't find anything about it.
Dropped out of conference when viewing details
I receive an incoming call, then I select conference, dial out to another phone and merge the calls so that I'm in a 3-way conference. The left soft-key says "details", which lets me view the details of the participants. From the details screen I can press the left soft-key again, labelled "bridge", to go back to viewing the conference bridge, but it just drops me out of the conference call and seems to transfer one call to the other.
Is anyone using the M100/M10 in production? The number of bugs I'm finding leads me to suspect it's not running production-ready code, and that it's rushed to market as a low-end product. It's frustrating because I bought these based on how reliable the Snom D140 is. The difference in quality and stability is striking, and the products are clearly unrelated (the web interfaces are completely different). I don't know, maybe it turns out I'm running a corrupt firmware or something, but the version numbers show the latest.
