Following instructions, have 2 C52-SP devices and both never register.  They stay in blinking red and green LEDs, C520 never gives "failed to register" and just times out. Tried removing the battery from C52-SP. Tried starting C520 "Register" first before and after pressing C52-SP's Registration button on bottom side.  C520–Press 3 User Settings–Press 6 Wireless Speaker–press Checkmark–shows "Registering..."  I have placed C52 right next to C520, on all sides and also a couple to several feet away. Hi,

The registration of a C52 to a C520 should be an easy process, as you described

    Please try these steps again

    • Make sure there is nothing else registered on the C520 (in the C520's manual you can find info about "Deregistering C52 Speakerphone")
    • If that's the case, make sure the C52 isn't paired with anything else (in this page How can I register, deregister the C52-SP on the A230 DECT Dongle you can find instructions on "Deregistering/Unpair the C52-SP")
    • Start the registration process on one single C52, they need to be registered one at the time
    • Start the registration on the C520

If that still fails, please raise a private ticket if you are a Snom partner, we need to look into the logs to understand what is happening

If you aren't a Snom partner, you can ask your Snom reseller to raise a ticket for you, or if you don't have a Snom reseller you can contact our sales team and they will point you in the direction of a possible reseller https://www.snom.com/en/contact/contact-person/

    Thank you

    Hello,

Thank you for the reply.  I was attempted to register one at a time.  I did complete the deregistration process on both C520 and the instructions you provided for both C52 devices.  We purchased through Amazon, and found the seller info and will reach out to see if they can further assist and raise a ticket with your as a reseller.

Any other steps I can perform that you can think of?

    Thank you again, Russ

    Hi,

There isn't much else I can think of I am afraid

If the reseller will be able to raise a ticket with us we'll be able to investigate

But it may also just be a faulty C520, for which you would need a replacement

    Thank you
