Hi I am tryng to provision a used snom 710 on the NFON portal but it reports back thats its owned by another user. Nfon says its a Snom issue as they check snom portal when adding. Is there as way to get it removed so I can add it back in?

    Hi,

    To remove it we need a private ticket with the phone's MAC address and a picture of the label, please DO NOT share those here in the Community as it is a public space and those are private data.

    Are you a Snom partner? If so, do you have access to our Helpdesk and not only the Community?

    You can raise a private ticket for a MAC removal from there.

    Hi Thanks for that I do have the mac address and a picture of the label but unfotunatley I am not a partner.

    Then you should ask your reseller, distributor or provider to raise a ticket for you so we can take care of this.
