[BUG] Partial Endpoint Update (PATCH) not populated to phone

Hi,

I think PATCH is broken in the current implementation. I got the PATCH request working (see https://service.snom.com/display/FORUM/%5BBUG%5D+Partial+Endpoint+Update+%28PATCH%29+results+in+HTTP+500), but its not populated after a phone reboot / reset. The SRAPS Website is showing the changed settings, but one need to manually hit the "Save" button. Without hitting it manually, the settings are only shown on the web, but not used by the phone.

Using the PUT on the same mac without manually hitting "Save" is working as intended.
