Hello,

We have changed our network IP address and create some VLAN. During this change we also update all our M700 with the latest firmware 530B07. Since this upgrade when a DECT receive a call from a 3CX smartphone application, M700 crash. Sometimes it works but it's very rare. only call from Smartphone APP to DECT cause issue.

We have this error log :

Unexpected Reboot (50) Firmware Version 0530.0007
(RESET_CAUSE_HARDWARE_RESET)

All other call works :
- DECT to DECT
- App windows 3CX to DECT
- DECT to 3CX app windows
- DECT to 3CX smartphone APP.

To the 3CX admin center, if we enable "PBX deliver audio" to the extension that receive the call to the DECT it works. So it seems to be an issue with the audio.

Do you have any idea about this issue ? I can send you some logs if you want.

To be sure that it is the latest firmware that cause this issue. Is it possible to downgrade the M700 firmware ?

    I still have this issue. I think this is a problem with the latest M700 firmware. I don't know how I can give this information to Snom Support. Could you please help me ?

    Hi,

    We need a private ticket to investigate this, if you are a Snom partner you can raise it yourself, or you can ask your reseller/distributor to do so for you.

    Just as a warning, I do not think this is up to the configuration on the base station but it could be a bug in the firmware: the M700 is an End Of Life product and we won't be able to develop new firmwares soon, so if we need to bring this to our developer it may take a really long time if a release will come at all.

    Please try and downgrade to a previous version to see if the bug is fixed as a work around first, and report it back into the ticket, so we have a starting base.

        The same as you upgraded them by choosing a different version, for example the BSV530B02 (base) HSV530B02 (handset) - Official Release

          Ok I have downgraded all M700 with 530B2 firmware and the problem is solved. So the problem came from 530B7 firmware.
