Hi People

Ive got 10 x Brand new D862's, i'm going to be adding these to a panasonic PBX.

I'm new to SNOM so bare with me....The phones are brand new but i keep getting contacts displayed when i start to dial a number, example in photo attached.

I've been on to SNOM and the have deleted the Mac addressed for all 10 x phones from their server. I've logged in to the phone via GUI and done a factory reset. but it doesnt doesnt help.

Where are the contacts coming from ?? any help would be great.

Thanks

    Hi,

I can see you MAC removal requests and can confirm those phones aren't on our server.

If they're being provisioned after a factory reset, it may be that something is passing down the provision locally via SIP PnP or DHCP?

If you check the settings, is the setting_server parameter pointing to our own server or anything else?

Upon a reset, with no provisioning, the phones shouldn't have any contact in the phonebook of course: it may also be worth it to try a FW upgrade, just to make sure they're up to the latest version

    Thank you

    Hi Weslay,

please update the phones to a more recent FW version first, eg.: 10.1.169.13 Release - Snom Service Hub - Snom Service Hub

    Thanks and greetings from Berlin,
