 Hello,
At one of our clients, we have already deployed around thirty Snom M900 DECT antennas, all running firmware version 530 B2.
We now need to add one additional antenna to the system, but I am unable to install the 530 B2 firmware on this new unit.
Could you please advise me on how to proceed in order to align the firmware version with the existing antennas?

    Hi,

    Firmware 530.2 was pulled from our release list due to some bugs, so it's not available to upgrade your additional base station

    We would recommend using a different firmware for the whole system so all bases can run on the same version as required DECT M-Series Firmware

    Based on what you're saying, and the information I can see by your email domain, it's likely that you're a Snom partner and can get direct support from us by raising a private ticket if you need further support

    If you can't do that please contact your Snom sales representative (Sales) and they should be able to help clarify internally and grand you access to our Helpdesk
