i wish to know how to perform firmware upgrade of a installed and provisioned phones . If the phone is new , all ok , but if the phone is provisioned and working , how to force to connect to sraps to update firmware ? have i to reset it everytime ?

    Hi,

    The phones by default points to SRAPS on every re-sync and reboot, but if a redirection is in place they point to a new provisioning server and they will not go to SRAPS unless you change that or reset the phone.

    If the parameter setting_server isn't pointing to secure.provisioning which is SRAPS URL, there is no way to force them towards SRASP without changing them or resetting them.
