Hello, we have 2xM900 in Multicell, Firmware 500B1, watned to upgrade to 530B2 and (stepwise or directly to) 650B2, but in either case syslog shows just downloading, downloading, downloading ... but nothing happens, ideas?

    I  did a setup of 4 x M900 dect and also wanted to update firmware and have identical problems.

    I installed IIS on a local server, downloaded the firmwares and updated the "firmware update server address" to the local server IP address.

    The results are the same.

      "results are the same" means its not working fpr you? i had also used IIS but i had to add a mime-type for the file-extension

      cann yxou download the files manually via browser from your own hosted filebase?

    Our IT department is working on our server, the dect.snom.com is having issues and that has been going on for some time, for now I have no time frame to share unfortunately

    You can do a local upgrade as below

    https://service.snom.com/display/wiki/How+to+update+M300%2CM700%2CM900+and+handsets+via+Network

    Please notice you can use any http server locally, just respect the same directories structure as in the guide

    If that doesn't work we need to investigate deeper and we need a private ticket, we won't be able to investigate logs in a Community thread, if you are a Snom partner please raise a private ticket or otherwise ask your Snom reseller to do so.

        afaik the slashes are added automaticly and cannot be removed (you just put https://dect.snom.com into the update-server-field), but this also should not be the issue as the hattp-server will serve the file as expected
