We testing TLS on our PBX and want to register D785 with FreePBX. Normal SIP registration works but when we try to register with TLS, phone does not register. I am not sure if we are using right settings. If anyone has registered it before please share the screenshot or guide to configure the phone.

    Hi,

    This may depend on the cypher suite being used, make sure to be on our latest firmware 10.1.119.10

    If that is the case already we would need to investigate this with traces and logs but we need a private ticket for that, please raise one if you are a Snom partner or ask your reseller/distributor to do so for you.

    I don't see 10.1.119.10 is available for D765. latest firmware available for D765 is 10.1.64.14.

      You are right sorry, I've got confused thinking about D785, the D765 is an End Of Sales product and the latest firmwares won't be available for this specific device.

      Please raise this as a private ticket, or ask your Snom reseller/distributor to do so, as we would need to investigate this a bit deeper to understand what is going on.
