Can someone please tell how to edit or modify the phone book using the webclient? I can access the  phone book but once I try to get to the next page of it, the browser says "page not available" .
I tried Firefox and Edge, same result....
What is wrong here? I am using aÂ

This seems like an issue that was fixed in our latest firmwareÂ
10.1.119.10 Release
After the upgrade, you should delete the value "ContactsDBStorage" from the setting phone_feature and restart the phone, then you should be able to correctly import/export a local phonebook and modify it from the WUI.

right, but how do I update the firmware, the update function of the WUI does the same as the phonebook, page not available when I try to load the update file.
And do I have to save the settings or will the new firmware leave the settings untouched?

Hi,
The firmware upgrade would leave all the settings untouched but the firmware, so there would be no need to re-configure the phone.
That said, if the firmware upgrade page does the same it may be that the phone got stuck somehow and I am not sure an upgrade would help, you could try provisioning a file to upgrade the phone as below

But as I said, I am not sure that would solve the issue: you may need to reset the phone to get it back to the desired functionality.
