Hello, 

after following the instructions postet on the UI Customisation page specifically Replacing the Background Image via Setting I was not able to get any results.

I copied a link from one of the suggested pictures on the same page (Copied Image Address) and pasted it into the field Custom Background Image URL.

I also changed the value in the field Background Color as suggested to "242 242 242 0"

    Hi, please note that you tried to use the link to the thumbnail version of that background image (the thumbnail is just 300x170 and likely will not work as a background image).

    Here is the link to the full size image https://service.snom.com/download/attachments/17367845/Snom_bg_images_480x272_5.png

    that is 480x272 as needed for the D385.


    If you like to change the background image for one single D385 I suggest you to use the manual update via webinterface instead of the background image URL setting. Or at least use this method first as a proof of concept:

    As mentioned in the description of that method, keep in mind that if the bg image URL is configured it will have the higher priority and "overwrite" the uploaded background image.
