Uploading custom images

Starting with version 10.1.42.10, Snom phones allow users to manually upload custom images to replace the default ones on the phone.

Opening the Image Upload page

The link is on the Preferences → Appearance page called "More Controls" just below the Custom Background URL input.

Uploading an image

1. Firstly, press the "Browse" button to select the icon.
2. Secondly, press the "Upload" button to upload the icon.

Resetting the image

Just press the Reset button, then the uploaded icon will be removed.

"custom_bg_image_url" or "bg.png"

"custom_bg_image_url" has the higher priority than "bg.png" uploaded by custom , if they both are set, then the image in "custom_bg_image_url" will be the background image.
