Hi,
The phone seems to be dialling when you press the "V" key, so I don't think there is an issue with the phone dialling itself
Was anything changed on the phone?
I think this issue is with how the PBX delivers the call, so the phone saves it in a way which when dialled back doesn't actually ring the other side
I would investigate this with the PBX provider maybe, we could investigate the SIP trace to see what is going on but we can only do that in a private ticket: please raise one if you're a Snom partner, if not whomever sold you the devices should be able to raise one with us
If you can't reach them for any reason, please ask our sales team to direct you towards a Snom partner Sales
Please also notice that there is limited support we can offer for the Snom 710/D710, as it's a device that has been end of life for a long time Snom products lifecycle
Thank you

Hi Gianmaria,
Thank you for the response,
Unfortunately it didn't dial by check mark key (✔) from call logs but it will dial from directory and Dialpad all extensions.
Nothing was changed on phones.
Currently working on PBX with manufacturer, sent ethernet captures for investigation.
Unfortunately we are no longer Snom partner, will check the results of troubleshooting with PBX provider before involving SNOM supports.
Really appreciate your effort and thank you for sharing brief information.
